EC-Council Disaster Recovery Professional (EDRP)
Description of Course
There has been a hit over the business community, one after another and then another disaster if we look into the past decade and almost half. This started from 9/11 and continues to Hurricane Katrina and towards the recent of WannaCry Fiasco. People around are scared because the frequency of the same is increasing at an exponential level considering around the past few years. Cyber-attacks can be thanked around for such high-frequency growth.
If we look further, we can find a much scarier part. The study shows that 2 out of the 5 businesses are still not having a proper BC/DR plan for the save. For the ones who do have such plans, there is only the half of them that exists with the regular testing for keeping a check, whether or not the plans are still relevant for the use or not.
Reiteration has been made by the industry experts considering the facts of every forum possible. As per them, the business size is not at all relevant for having a plan of BC/DR. So, everyone in and around the industry on today’s date needs to have such plans, irrelevant of their size and type of existence.
This particular scenario can only be properly amended if the professionals of BC/DR who are not just able to understand the situations gravity but are also well equipped for ensuring that the businesses get least to least impacts when there is any kind of strike of disaster, are present out there and helping to the best possible.
